I am selling Brand New 445nm Blue Laser Diodes. It is a 445nm (blue) diode (fits a 12x30mm Laser Module case).

I recommend driving these at 500mA to get a high power at around 400-500mW, and have a stable long life. They have been driven up to 1000mA though to output 1W (1000mW). Heat sinking is strongly recommended as the diode does get hot from such high current, and using a short Duty Cycleis recommended as well. Also if powering this diode at 1A be sure to watch the wires from your battery source. This high of current draw can melt some skinny wires. Also I have read that using 18650 batteries is a good way to go as they can hold high amounts of mAh (battery power time).
