there is a hot debate about the difference of a xj-a130 diode vs a xj-a140 diode.  The fact is they are the same diode but the a140 is a higher "bin". This means the a140  diodes, when tested,   performed more efficiently than the average a130 diode allowing them to run at higher outputs longer and cooler. The following  graph illustrates  the differences.
