there is a hot debate about the difference of a xj-a130 diode vs a xj-a140 diode. The fact is they are the same diode but the a140 is a higher "bin". This means the a140 diodes, when tested, performed more efficiently than the average a130 diode allowing them to run at higher outputs longer and cooler.
