These Laser Diodes have been extracted from a 140 projector.They are capable of over 1watt of power!
Removed using EDS Mat & wrist Stap.
No Heat was used at ANY time during the extraction process.
Each Laser Diode is immidietitly placed in Anti-Static Conductive Foam & put in a Anti-Static zip lock bag.
